Hands-On Experience. Real-World Skills. Community/Technical College Manufacturing Student Development Program

This past summer, 30 students from 20 schools and colleges took steps toward building their future in advanced manufacturing. Over six weeks, they gained hands-on experience at Boeing sites in Renton, Everett, Auburn, and Seattle, while developing essential skills like teamwork, communication, networking, safety, and quality—skills that will serve them well in any career path. Their experience gives them a strong foundation as they pursue in-demand advanced manufacturing careers, apprenticeships, or further education.
