Building Futures in Advanced Manufacturing in South Carolina

This past summer, 29 students from 12 South Carolina high schools and technical centers took a bold step toward their futures. Over the course of six weeks, they joined the Student Development Program at Boeing South Carolina (BSC), gaining hands-on experience in the exciting world of advanced manufacturing.

Students learned what it takes to succeed in manufacturing while building essential skills such as teamwork, communication, networking, safety, and quality. Their experiences showcase the excitement, learning, and personal growth that come from participating in the Student Development Program.
