Washington 2024 Core Plus Aerospace Summer Student Development Program

During the summer of 2024, nearly 100 students from more than 60 high schools and skills centers across Washington state took a big step forward in developing their hands-on skills and exploring advanced manufacturing careers at Boeing factories in Renton, Everett and Auburn. Over a span of more than six weeks, these students exhibited remarkable passion and commitment. In addition to learning hands-on manufacturing skills, they gained essential skills applicable to any career pathway, like teamwork, communications and networking.
